Carrot Sticks

These carrot sticks are super easy to make! I think they might be my new favourite healthy snack.


Here's the recipe:

Recipe (One Serving)


Ingredients:

  • Two whole carrots

  • Two teaspoons of olive oil

  • Two teaspoons of chaat masala

  • One teaspoon of black salt

  • A dash of sea salt


Instructions:

1) Wash the carrots well, and chop off the stems.

2) Chop the carrots into bite-sized wedges. No need to peel them (make sure to wash them thoroughly, though).

3) Coat them in olive oil.

4) Add the spices.

5) Toss them well.

6) Place them in an air-fryer basket for 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Shake midway.

7) Enjoy!
