Day 81 (18/11): Caramel Popcorn
I had been craving caramel popcorn for a few days (ever since my mom went to the movies and didn't get me any :(), so I decided to make my own at home!
The recipe doesn't have a lot of precise measurements because I ate a bit of the popcorn from the bag before starting. Also, I didn't have exact measurements for the caramel since I used the one I had made a while ago for the shortbread.
All I did to make this delicious treat was:
1) I heated the caramel on the stove to make it less thick,
2) I mixed it with the popcorn on a baking tray, and
3) I baked it for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 110°C (tossing the mix about three to four times).
