Can We Talk About How Heavenly Coffee + Caramel Is?

Day 360 (24th August)

I had some sugar cookie dough left over from yesterday, so I decided to make some coffee caramel Linzer cookies!

The broad instructions to make the cookies are the same:

1) Make sugar cookies. Cut out a hole in half of the cookies. I used this recipe from Preppy Kitchen.

2) When the cookies have cooled, dust the "ring cookie" with powdered sugar.

3) Add coffee caramel to the whole cookies.

4) Sandwich the cookies.

You do have to make the coffee caramel at home, though. I used this simple recipe from Mills and Buns on Instagram.

These cookies pair well with black coffee! Enjoy. :)
