Day 105 (12/12): Burgie Bread

I'm naming this Burgie Bread. It's a burger-pizza-garlic bread made in the air fryer. Yum!


To make your own Burgie Bread, all you need is:

Two tablespoons of ketchup

One tablespoon of mayonnaise

One tablespoon of melted butter

One whole burger bun (top and bottom)

Two tablespoons of shredded cheese

One teaspoon of mixed herbs


Instructions:

1) Brush the melted butter on the inside surface of the two buns.

2) Place the buns in the air-fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for three minutes till crispy.

3) Mix the ketchup and mayonnaise together.

4) Spread the sauce liberally on each bun.

5) Sprinkle one tablespoon of shredded cheese on each bun.

6) Place the buns back in the air-fryer (same setting) for two more minutes till the cheese is just melted.

7) Top with mixed herbs and enjoy warm!


Baking the buns twice ensures that you still have the saucy taste (the sauce isn't too coagulated). Let me know if you try it because, to toot my own horn, it is absolutely amazing.
