Brownie In A Microwave
Day 302 (27th June)
I saw this recipe for a single-serve brownie that uses melted chocolate AND cocoa powder, so I knew it was going to be good.
Unfortunately, the brownie didn't turn out so well. I believe the reason was the cooking method and time. Usually, the brownie turns out more fudgy if you bake it for around 20 minutes. Maybe if I microwaved the brownie for about fifteen seconds at a time to check the gooey-ness it could work?
I'm a little disappointed with the results — it's not a bad-tasting, spit-out-of-your-mouth brownie by any means. It does taste good, just not as good as the brownies you can bake in the oven for virtually the same effort.
Also, for anyone wondering, that's just melted milk chocolate on top of the brownie.
