Why is making panna cotta so hard? I made two, and both of them flopped. Fun.
I would've re-made them, but I was too sad to touch them again. Do you know how emotionally scarring it was to see TWO panna cottas flop one after the other? The problem was obviously in the gelatin. I knew I didn't add enough, and then they didn't set.
Yes, I know that you're thinking this girl should stop complaining when it's her fault. To you, sir, I say, get off this blog.
This is the recipe I used. It tasted good! Just make sure to add more gelatin than you think you should.
