A Dessert With Brownies

Day 189 (6th March)

I tried to channel my inner Gordon Ramsay for this dessert.

I made a brownie using my favourite brownie base recipe from CupcakeJemma in a mini muffin liner. I cut out two brownies from their muffin liners and chopped up one of them.

I placed the chopped brownie at the bottom of a wine glass and added a little bit of cream cheese + sugar + whipping cream on top. Then, I placed the second whole mini brownie above the cream. I dusted the mini brownie with cocoa powder.

Here comes the hard part — making the brownie shell! I made a tiny shell using a water balloon, and it came out just the way I wanted it to. Don't be disheartened if it takes you a few tries to get it right; you can always melt down the same chocolate.
