A Bread That Did Not Exceed Expectations

Day 329 (24th July)

This bread is a no from me — not because it tasted horrible but because it was more of a stuffed roti than a bread. Yes, rotis are Indian breads, but the video kind of led me to believe that it was more of a traditional yeast-risen bread.

The bread tasted okay. It wasn't anything special. It is not worth the amount of effort it takes. Instead of spending my time making this, I would've rather used it to make a hot, stuffed paratha. Lesser time, yummier results.

Just my two cents. At least I got a good picture out of it.
